These lists are not meant to be exhaustive, but merely illustrative of examples of inappropriate and improper conduct, which are prohibited on Paradise Technology Services.

Illegal Use - Paradise Technology Services may only be used for lawful purposes. The transmission, distribution, or storage of any data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to material or data which:

Infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.

Violates export control laws or regulations.

Violates any party's confidentiality rights.

Constitutes use or dissemination of child pornography.

Resale of Paradise Technology products and services without the express prior written consent of Paradise Technology (unless you are an authorized reseller).

Deceptive marketing practices.

Installation or distribution of "pirated" or other software products that are not appropriately licensed for use by customer.

Actions that restrict or inhibit anyone - whether a customer of Paradise Technology or otherwise - in his or her use or enjoyment of Paradise Technology's products and services, or that generate excessive network traffic through the use of automated or manual routines that are not related to ordinary personal or business use of Internet services.

Introduction of malicious programs into the Paradise Technology network or servers or other products and services of Paradise Technology (e.g., viruses, trojan horses and worms).

Any conduct which is inconsistent with generally accepted norms and expectations of the Internet community (whether or not detailed in this AUP). Paradise Technology reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make a determination whether any particular conduct violates such norms and expectations.

Using Paradise Technology Services to transmit material that Paradise Technology believes to be illegal, obscene, or inappropriate.

Forging of message headers, network protocol headers or identity information, or taking any action with the intent of bypassing restrictions or limits on access to a specific service or site. This prohibition does not restrict the legitimate non-commercial use of pseudonymous or anonymous services.

Falsifying identity or contact information (whether given to Paradise Technology, to the InterNIC, or other parties).

Causing or attempting to cause security breaches or disruptions of Internet communications. Examples of security breaches include but are not limited to accessing data of which the customer is not an intended recipient, or logging into a server or account that the customer is not expressly authorized to access. Examples of disruptions include but are not limited to port scans, flood pings, packet spoofing and forged routing information.

Executing any form of network monitoring that will intercept data not intended for the customer.
